For product-integrity, health, and regulatory reasons, cigars and other tobacco products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the product, size, package quantity, and shipping information before placing an order.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is incomplete, contact Helmann Cigars promptly. Keep the product, original packaging, shipping carton, and photographs of the issue while we review the carrier and fulfillment records.
An approved correction for a fulfillment error or carrier-damage claim is handled case by case and does not create a general right to return tobacco products.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact the shop immediately if you need to request a change. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
