Its Dominican and Nicaraguan filler is housed in a Dominican binder and covered by a smooth Dominican Cotui wrapper that has been aged for 9 years. The wrapper’s leaf is grown by Monika Kelner. She is the sister of Hendrik Kelner Jr, who is the founder of Smoking Jacket cigars. Their father is master blender Hendrik Kelner. The Dominican Cotui is a family reserve tobacco.
